Well my girlfriend and I decided to go eat at Steves Landing in Soddy Daisy today and i talked her into taking a boat ride from Harrison Bay to the restaurant instead of driving so we could fish after lunch. Started fishing around 1:30pm. Fished around in Soddy Creek a little since we were already there. Then headed back down river hitting a few different rock walls and docks along the way. Ended up catching 8 bass, mostly small with my best being about 2 lbs. And also caught 2 drum & a catfish off a chatterbait. Fished square bill cranks, rattle traps, chatterbaits, and a little shakey head. In 2-10 fow with water temps about 50°. No big fish or anything to brag about, just a nice relaxing afternoon on the water with my girl. CFF#2 yesterday and another great day on the water today, wish every weekend could be this good!

Me and my better half do that all the time, she really likes steves landing so its a win win. And if you take her and keep her happy every now and then she wont seem to be too upset when your gone every Saturday.
