No in TN, but yes in GA.

Its legal in Ga but if you use a light I think you're limited to 12 volts. Come kill em all!

Pretty sure it's a 6 volt light, or it at least use to be. Have a few warden friends, they always told me wouldn't hurt to call them and let them know you're out there, save them a trip if it's called in. They don't like em much either.

I'd like to find some property to take my son to shoot a few, we used to have a blast varmint hunting when I was younger.

I think the ones around where I hunt are nocturnal...wish we could use spotlights in Tn. I see more at night than during the day. emoEnforce
