Me and shane fished a little this afternoon... we focused on points and drops with soft plastic baits.</p>

One of the first casts I pulled up a spaat that went 4lb 5oz and measured 21 inches... just after that fish and on the next cast I pulled up another nice spaat at 19 inches weighing 3lb 13oz. Great way to start the trip with 8lbs already in the boat.</p>

Fished only a couple hours this afternoon landed only 7 or 8 more that did all measure. Our best 5 should have gone 13+lb.</p>

Anyways, I hope the pictures work... they were taken off the phone, since I was stupid enough to forget the good camera emoBang </p>

Nope sorry, the pic was taken off my buddys phone and ended up being such small pictures, which sucks... I really wish I had the good camera with me.

Heath, keep on letting me know what days you got off each week. Seems like the fish are slowing down but the bite is still good and we're still catching nice spaaats.
