I am having problems with my cranking battery , What kind of battery should I put in my boat ? I have my tallons (2) and my humming bird Helix 9 and Helix 12 Gen 2. I charge after every use with a 10 amp 3 bank sportsmans charger. Please help me.

With all electronics & accessories, 31 is least...I suggest running 2 31's... most tubs with all the extras are capable of having 2 batteries linked on starter side....jmo............ emoGeezer emoUSA

its not cheap but my Oddessy Extreme 31 series AGM has powered all my pumps, my 4 graphs, hydrowave, talons, stereo and fires my Opti with no problems for over 4yrs now

Definitely get 31 series AGM's. I have (4) NorthStar/X2 31 series AGM's in my current boat. I have (2) Solix 15's with a 360, zero issues with starting the G2 at the end of the day.

Deka is another good brand.

STAY AWAY FROM INTERSTATE'S THEY'RE GARBAGE!!!!!

Last winter I researched batteries extensively. I settled on the Exide Megatron AGM from Sportsmans warehouse. It retails for $239 with a 2 yr warr. . I run 4 pumps and 4 locators and a Talon and even after a long day it is still at 70-75% when I hook up a charger. I've finally solved my persistent battery issues with this beast and have not looked back. I now head out on the water in total confidence.
