Fished Watts Bar on Saturday. Water temps were around 73 and water clarity changed from one location to the next. We caught around 12 fish between LM and SM. Caught most on Texas rigged plastics and a couple on crankbaits. Most were in the 2 -2 1/2 lb range. Seemed like the deeper we fished the better quality we were getting. Found them anywhere from 3-18 ft. Did start catching consistently until about 0900 then had a limit by 0945. Got a few smallies on a range of depth. Saw a couple of nice ones, 3 - 4 lbs at the launch from another boat. Had to get under a boat slip for a bit until the storms pst and was able to get out into the rain for a bit after the lightning passed. Overall fun day and was glad to get out. Tight lines!

Thanks for the report Ken...WB lake is beautiful. Hard to fathom that many snakes...stop feeding them!!!!!!

Haha. Not a day I would want my boys running around the edge of the water. Always enjoy going out there for a little different vibe and much less boat traffic than Chick.
