I saw him post this, thought I would share it. I need some fish to try this one out soon. </p>
This is for 12 crappie fillets.
2 eggs
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream

1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning</span></p>

Salt the fillets and bake 20 minutes at 375. Allow to cool then crumble in a bowl. crumble crackers and add other ingredients. Mix and spoon into skillet with olive oil/butter and saute' for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.</span></p>
<span class="text_exposed_show">I used an ice cream scoop to ladle out the crappie mixture and then gentlu patted themdown with a spatula.</span></p>
