Reading about the great dock shooting and other methods finally made me get on here and beg for a ride. I haven't fished shootin' style in years and would like to try my own original hand tied jigs out on "REAL" water as opposed to the place I fish now.
If any of you Crappie Pros have a seat open soon and willing to give me a chance to test my jigs on the main lake/river will be appreciated.
So far.... my best day and fished solo was 23 Nov (Mon) 130 plus crappie with just 11 keeper size. All caught with my 1/32 oz jig. 9:30 AM - 5 PM
My 16 in HOF / TARP crappie on 22 Oct 09 was caught using my jig 1/23 oz.
Today was real slow and I only caught 12 fish. 6 on 1/32 oz bass assisin 1 1/2 in and 6 on my newest 1/16th oz prototype. fished from 9:15 AM till Noon.
