crappie no clue

hey eveyone i was woundering were a good place is to go crappie fishing around cleveland im not looking to keep them just fish and have a little fun i would think minnows would be th best choice of bait but what would all yaw recommend and were and what to look for like docks to fish poits or what help would be thankfull

tailgate, I haven't been crappie fishing in about 3 weeks or so, but I do know that many are being caught right now. seems like nearly every technique should work pretty good. I use soft plastic baits on 1/32 oz jigs and never do use minnows. whatever you feel comfortable with should be good.
