Also known as the Meadow Park Lake.

Any of you ever been there? I remember as a kid getting up at 4:30 and going with Dad. We'd get there as soon as the sun rose. Rent a boat and head out and catch Bluegill all day long. It would bew nothing to come home with over 200. We'd filet most of them while on the lake so we wouldn't have to do it all when we got home. I still remember the smell of the place. Cooler full of beenie weenies, assorted sammich materials snack and drinks. Wax worms crawlin all over the boat from where we'd spill 'em. I just have a lot of GREAT memories there.

Any ever go there? THe fishing really died when they introduced Grass carp and I wonder if it was ever restored?

I know some folks from Harrison that make the pilgrimage to Crossville lake every year. They say the lake is doing well.

I fished the lake one time when I lived in Cumberland county. It has some big shellcrackers in it.

I have been there many times, many years ago. I had a fishing buddy who's dad had a cottage on the lake. We would go up and fish all night for Bass and "Snakes" LOL - I think we saw harmless snakes swimming every time we fished up there.

Have been to the lake several time as a kid also, some very fond memories of fishing the weed lines up the right fork of the lake and catching crappie under the nightlight at the end of the boathouses. We camped in the campground in a 1965 Chev pickup with a slide in camper, I always slept in my little tent. I have wondered many times lately about the fishing and had thought about going up to see if you could still fish the lake. One memory was sitting under the nightlight one night catching crappie with the willow flies and was reeling in a average crappie and this black shadow came cruising in the shallows, swallows the crappie and swims off breaking my 8lbs line on my Zebco 33 and never slowing down. Let me know if anyone goes up anytime soon and if you can still fish the lake.

It looks like there is a monthly Panfish tournament up there. Maybe it's coming back, or is back.. I might have to give it a try next year...
