this is simple and you may have allready tried it. Im telling you its the best cube steak ive EVER had! take cubed deer and cut it into 3 or 4 inch wide, by 3 or 4 inches long strips. put them in a pan with italian dressing overnight. take out of the fridge the next day and pull em out of the dressing. use cavenders seasoning , or whatever you like,and sprinkle some on. take fresh jalepeno and cut it into strips. put jalepeno strip on the center of cubed strip and roll it up. wrap with bacon and toothpick it. grill it on medium heat untill bacon gets crispy. man you talk about good!emoHungry
