This was on my son's 2004 Ford F-150 for about 5 short months. He totaled the truck and I removed the hitch before we sold it. The hitch is in excellent shape and has all mounting bolts and hardware.</p>
Fits 1997-2003 Ford F150 and The 2004 Heritage Ford F-150.
