joe burns does build a fine rod and he should because he learned his craft from john .

our own fat albert builds awesome rods as well. the crappie sniper he built for me has done wonders for my crappie

any of the 3 would be a great choice but be ready to wait if you want one built to your spec. they all have high demands
for their rods (would you really want a rod from someone who doesn't stay busy? )
