Cut off time for ordering BBQ for map study

I am having to set a cut off time for ordering the BBQ for the map study for wed. afternoon. The cut off time is 11:00 pm tonight, est. (1/21/08) Please sign up as quick as you can on the CFF calendar before this cut off time. As everyone knows, it takes time to breathe and preparing, packing, picking up BBQ is no exception. Then I have to pick it up and get to the map study on time. I hope everyone understands this situation. PM me if you have any questions. Thanks
