We're up to 30. I'm in favor of posting a cut-off time to sign-up to prevent walk ups. Better to sign-up and no-show than not know what we're dealing with. What do ya'll think?

Al and I discussed this tonight.
Here's another option...Sign up at ramp, walk ups or pre signups, end at ???? No Exceptions! We blast in groups of 10 or 15 to get them out. I WILL NOT be at that damn ramp signing folks up that cannot not make it in time! Daylight...we are gone. I'm making a post online tomorrow if we agree on that cut off.
