cutthroat report for chick 5/13

wasnt able to get out saturday until 11:30,I startedputting in at the dam and trying for the next 3 hours to fish deep humps ,points and depressions.I alternated between a carolina rigged senko ,a fat free shad and a dd22.I caught zero fish and had zero bites.I watched alot of the locals scurry around like roaches jumping from spot to spot but I didnt see anyone catch anything.I made my way up river to my last deep spot in the mouth of a pocket and didnt do any good.Moved into the pocket put away the deep stuff and pulled out the ole flippin stick and a new weapon that I added to my arsenal last year a lucky craft splash tail(smaller devils horse) Caught one fish on the toppy and moved over to a row of docks and caught 11 short fish and one 15 inch keeper.Pause to go to the weigh in at harrison and went back down river.Fished two more hours without a bite.
