damaged 250XS cowl

This is the old cowl off my boat. It had a little encounter with the top of my basement door opening. Everything is taped up fine and it really doesn't look to bad. Somebody offer me $100 and its yours.

It will if its a 3 liter. Not sure it will fit a 150
