these winter levels are usually not hit till about first week of december.

The State Federation Tx is on Cherokee in about 3 weeks... I project several lower units destroyed !!

We need rain, rain and more rain. The last time I looked we were about 2 FEET below normal rainfall levels. That doesn't include the years previous either.
