Deer Hunt Exchange Local Area for VA Hunt on My Land

Looking for a place for my son to bow hunt or gun hunt near Chattanooga area in October, November in exchange for a muzzle load hunt in Virginia on our place in early November. We have hunted in Virginia exclusive and not gotten out in this area due to seasons the same time. Just like a good spot for my 15 year old to deer hunt for a couple weekends or evenings. If interested I would offer a trip to our place in Bath County Virginia for muzzle load hunt on private 800 acre land. Just don't have the time to beat the trees for permission to hunt properties. Professional outdoorsman looking for someone who doesn't mind a weekend or evening hunt on their property. Not looking for a lease, since I have property in Virginia, just a place close to home, (Chattanooga) for a couple trips. Willing to work on said property to gain permission to hunt. Holler at me as the season gets closer, I have a couple places and would be happy to let a juvenile as long as the scheduling works out for me. As for Virginia, IL, KY or anywhere else, I may not have the chance to travel way off with a young 'un around!
