The bird looks like an Eagle to me.  A Hawk would not have the blunt wing tips like the bird in the video.  That deer is not a fawn but it is for sure a small species of deer.

That looks like a Golden Eagle! And that sure is a small deer! It picked that deer up right off the ground!!!!! That is something else!!!!!!!!emoEek

That is a golden eagle and the deer is a young mullie. I saw this the other day and was astounded! Talk about the sport of kings!!!
