Tried this two nights ago, and i impressed myself:
my processer always throws in a couple packs of short ribs in with my deer, but i never use them, i don't know what to do with them. and i didn't think there was enough meat to fool with. i was wrong. i took one 'pack' of ribs, probably 10-12 ribs (i eat a lot). i cooked them all day on low heat in a crockpot.

on ribs i rubbed in pepper, red pepper flakes, some cajun shake, little oregano and little thyme.
in the crockpot i used about 1/2 cup of cajun injector's 'honey bacon bbq' marinade, and bout 1/2 cup water, to cover most of the ribs.
thats it. at lunch i went home and flipped them around a little, and they were delicious. serve with veggies of choosing, red beans and rice would also go well.

pulled a moron move yesterday, was going to cook ribs teh same way as above, but as i rushed in on my lunch break to put the stuff in the crockpot, i turned it on low and headed out the door so i could get to the bank and actually eat on my lunch break.... i forgot to plug in the crockpotemoBang
i ended having to cook the ribs on high for an hour, then low for 2 hours. they were a little tougher this way, but still good and mighty tasty. i used a different marinade this time, still from cajun injector, but this one was mesquite bbq, instead of honey bacon bbq. both come highly recommended by me. and their creole butter is my favorite to marinade backstraps for the grill.
