Re: wakeboard boat

I think you picked the wrong forum....I'd rather see it sunk on the river channel ledge than on my lake making useless waves...to each his own, I guess.

What he said....

Re: wakeboard boat

If everyone on CFF pitched in a couple of bucks we could pay enough to sink it emoParty

Re: wakeboard boat

Wouldn't bother me if they outlawed those things. I've been washed up on the bank too many times by them.

RE: wakeboard boat

Agreed! I wish they would restrict wakeboarding and other kinds of pleasure boating or outlaw it but that wont happen. They could restrict it so that you can only pleasure boat between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm or something like that. Maybe that would help.

Re: wakeboard boat

agree with churly, i hate seing these things coming at you and most of the time they have no idea where to run

Steve, I agree! Not his fault! But, I also agree with Churles, wrong fourm! Personally ... I still would rather sink a brush pile tied to it and make structure! emoLaugh emoLaugh emoLaugh Hey does anyone know when the season opens up on jet skis? What's the bag limit this year?

RE: wakeboard boat

The season opens April 15 and there is no bag limit, but you can only use DD22's when going after them.

Re: wakeboard boat

i am a fisherman first but im also a pleasure boater. with that being said i am ashamed how some on this forum hijacked this man's classified to state their opinions on how much they hate people that own anything but a bass boat. i am on the river fishing atleast once a week when the weather gets warm and a fish many tournaments a year and i have more problems from rude people in BASS boats then in any other kind of boat on the water. the statements above are one reason why i dislike tournaments and everything about them. wakeboard, pontoon, bass, house, and runabout boats all pay the same ramp fee and registration and have equal right to the lake. just because your a fisherman does not make you any better then the next person on the lake and it definately does not give you the right to talk s*&% about someone that is simply posting a classified ad.

RE: wakeboard boat

Some of you guys are truly pathetic to be members here as long as you have been. You also need to go and read the rules again, if it will help I will post it for you: "MOST IMPORTANTLY! DO NOT reply to any threads with derogatory remarks about a persons price, condition, location, etc. Use the old addage, "If you have nothing nice to say, dont say anything at all." If a person has their item priced too high, he will soon find out when nobody shows interest."

I could care less what you thing about my wakeboard boat, I also own a Stratos Evolution and fish out of it on a regular basis. When we go wakeboarding I will travel to a lake where I know there are few people fishing and when I go fishing I will go to places I know wakeboarders will not take their boats. As far as the wrong forum goes I see a grill, guns, van, Hummer, pool stuff, laptop, and a mower all on the first page for sale. Is it just because it not a bass boat? I will remember that the next time I see one of you "bass boat" guys needing a tow to the dock because your junk will not run, I have towed 3 bass boats behind that wakeboard boat off of Center Hill and 1 off of Priest after he lost a lower unit to a log. I have been out fishing and have had dumb azzs in bass boats wash me up on the banks so why is that any different. If you have anything else negative to say take it to another thread or send me a pm, I would appreciate it if you would stay off of my thread unless you are inquiring about the boat.

Thanks ditchdoc666 and bamabass.

Re: wakeboard boat

Grills, guns, vehicles and laptops are things fishermen use. Not wakeboard boats. My earlier comments reflect my feelings towards those boats not anyone personally. Cry me a river.....

Re: wakeboard boat

heck I even offered to pitch in and buy it. Just don't have any use for those kind of boats. Come on down to Chickamauga if you think Bass boats are the problem and ride around in my little tin boat. Between the cabin cruisers and the wakeboard boats I better be off the water by 11:00 or its going to be a bumpy ride!
