hey guys, this isn't any special recipe. i just thought i'd post a pic of the awesome catfish i fried up this evening. i caught one or two small fish this afternoon, but kept looking down at 'em in the cooler, then kept thinking about cleaning them....
the $5 i spent at publix for a pound of catfish fillets was money well spent.
all this was washed down by (what else?????) milos sweet tea
oh man. best supper ive had in a LONG time
