Junk fishing 101! lol
My wife and I started off fishing an area we thought we might find a shad spawn, we were wrong so from there we just went junk fishing. Most of our fish were caught in or around grass, she did most of the damage with a ned rig which landed one of our three keepers we weighed in. I caught one of the others on a swimbait over grass and the other was a shakey head on the edge of a grass line on the river. We probably caught 30 fish which was a huge improvement over our last few trips on Chickamauga. Size was hard to find for us as but numbers made it fun and we lucked up and won with 8.92 I believe which I did not expect to be in the money, much less win. See everyone at the next one.
