I was bidding a job at DuPont in the early 90's and the purchasing agent asked if our company performed drug testing.

I told him "Certainly, my guys test every drug they can get their hands on."

He was not amused. He would have been less amused if he knew how true it really was.

I had a Master Plumber, Master Gas Fitter and Master Mechanic's license. MY VP had a Class I Electrical license (Same as a Masters). We did turnkey jobs with no subcontractors (water plants, sewer plants, foundries etc).

I'm retired to my little piece of heaven in the country. My VP (Randy Dyer) is serving 15 years in a Federal Pen for drug trafficking. He'd been tied in to drugs with back when the Sheriff in Polk County was flying in drugs to a private air strip.

He got out for several years but went back in when he retired from construction.

Not a bad little retirement. Free room and board. Meals served on a regular bases, TV for entertainment, you have a soft pillow to lie your head in and get to hang out with a lot of good ol' boys. You need to watch out if you drop the soap in the shower but it is all paid for you. emoEvil
