I'm always experimenting on new taste combinations and new mixes. Well this time I got a hit. I bought a six pack of Johnsonville Smoked brats (Bratwurst). I can tell you that the Brats makes the very best meat ever for adding to spaghetti. I cut the links into small pieces and quick fried it in a very small amount of Peanut oil. Took it out of the skillet and then put a small amount of onions in the hot oil to saute. Added a little Texas Pete to the sauteed onions to heat it up a bit. I then added just any old store bought spaghetti sauce that you prefer. Added the Bratwurst back in and let it slow cook, I cooked the thin spaghetti pasta. I sliced a loaf of french bread long ways, buttered it, added a little garlic powder and toasted it in the oven.

I’m going to stop right here and go get a snack. You can take it from here..........emoHungry

LL if ya don't like spagetti with meat sauce you are missing out. That recipe sounds good I'll have to try it. Johnsonville brats are great any way you fix 'em.
Thanks!
