<div><font face="Arial" color="#000080">Met up with Foodsaver to get him some bait, and found the water level down at least three feet from the Thursday before. It makes scooping the gizzards waaay more difficult as the rocks start to slope out into the water instead of when you are able to scoop directly down into the water after the fish. Having a net with 8' handle isn't even long enough to be effective. There was a gentleman there who took pity upon Craig, whom I was laughing at, wildly slashing his net at the bait. He had a net with a collapsible wire design, and maybe a 6' handle. It was the ticket for sure, and a longer handle would really help even more when the water is that low. Craig did end up with a bucket full though by nights end. I casted for rockfish mostly, and ended up with one 3-4 lb white bass. Bottom line is if your willing, you can get all the bait you need there still, its just a little bit harder with low water. I believe Craig will have a new net soon.....</font></div><div><font face="Arial" color="#000080">Oh yea, we never saw the first threadfin that day. </font></div>
