Guy's if you are considering cleaning your boat before the fishing gets hot and heavy please look at Pro Tec Products for your cleaning needs. We have the bets Sealant Polish made. You get a 10% discount with the coupon code CFFMEM. www.protecproducts.com

If you guys like JMAX have a new boat you need to get your hands on some of this stuff. It will extend the life of your gel coat!

Basscat....I have tried everything to bring back the shine on my boat. Do you think that your product will do the job? I forgot what you called it.

Yes it will. But with saying that it will depend on how much work you need to do. How bad is the oxidation? Give me a call I have a few questions that may help you out.1-888-863-8896

I have a white boat with a pretty heavy scum line. Do you have a product that will remove the scum line without acid? I also need something to help keep the scum from sticking in the future and something to clean the floor of the boat as it gets pretty dirty not having any carpet.

Thanks!

For the scum line try Bass Boat Saver and a Magic Eraser. Spray the BBS on the boat let it sit for a few minutes. Respray and wipe with the Magic Eraser. It will clean mildew off your seats and get stains out of your carpet. I use it on everything in the boat but the screens on my depthfinders. They also have something for that. Trust me the BBS is the bomb and it has a UV protectant in it.

I use the Purkleen. It is sodium citric chloride based, so yes there is acid in it. If you use it we recommend washing the boat afterwards and using two coats of Sealant Polish. After the Sealant Polish application the scum line will wash of very easily. We also have the Showroom conditioner( quick detailer) for wiping down after you pull it out of the water. there are quite a few testimonials on other forums referencing the success people have had removing a scum line and keeping it off with the Pro Tec Sealant Polish. Thanks for asking.

On the floor I just recommend Lemon Joy (it's not the best cleaner and it doesn't leave a heavy residue) soap and water. That's about the only thing you can use and not bust your but when it wet.
