Anyone has to replace those fiberglass poles that hold the roof of the blind up? I have 2 blinds and both poles are broke. Wondering where I might get some or somthing that will work.

How long do they need to be I have some from a old tent I think.

Just a suggestion. Could you substitute PVC pipe?

Get a tent pole replacement kit from anybody that carries camping stuff. Sportsmans has them I was just there. I replaced one of mine a couple years ago. The tent poles are longer and didn't fit in the carrybag for my blind but they worked fine. You will probably have to cut one of the sections to get the correct overall length of the pole for your blind.

I ended up ordering some from Ameristep. I asked them at Sportsmans on tuesday and they said they didn't have anything. I don't think they know what they got half the time.

Go fishing with my friend Gordo and my dog and they'll break plenty of fishing rods for you. You could then trim them down and use them as poles. emoLaugh

Glad you found them Channing. Cant hunt with the roof drooping thats for sure.
