Gary Hughes and his partner won with 12+ something along with 1st and 2nd place big fish, second was 9.63, third 9.53, they paid 8 places I believe and it took 8+ lbs to get in the money.....I believe Campbell said 26 boats fished.

Yeah billy, it was Shawn and I that finished second with 9.63 and Rogie was third with 9.53. It was a three fish limit yesterday....Gary had a very nice sack of fish, sandbagger but nice sack of fish

Congrats to all the fishermen & women in the $$$ Sat. It was a great day to fish (weather wise) except for the fog @ blast off. Fishing was a bit tough after the morning bite but we did manage to cull up once during the afternoon. Good enough to give us 7th (last placein the $$$) with 8.60Lbs (3 fish). our big fish was 2.8Lbs. Talk about 3 clones!emoBang Just couldn't get the big bite today. Congrats to Garry Hues & Shane Carter for the big sack of fish (12.80Lbs, I think) & first & second big fish + all that$$$.emoLaugh . Looks like its Garry's time of the year again!emoLaugh The rest of us will be fishing for 2nd place for a while.emoWorthy Great job you two!emoThumbsup emoThumbsup emoThumbsup

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK BILLY AND NO FISH JACKSON FOR A GREAT CLASSIC AND ALL THE OTHER BOATS THAT SHOWED UP AND FISHED IN THE FOG. WE RAN UP RIVER GOT LOST IN THE FOG AND RAN UP ON A SAND BAR DROPED THE TROLLING MOTOR AND STARTED FISHING OUR WAY TO THE RIVER. THE FISH CAME UP IN THE JUMPS AND IT WAS ALL OVER IN ABOUT 10 MINS. I HAD RATHER BE LUCKY THAN GOOD ANY DAY. I HAD TAKEN MY GPS OFF MY BOAT AND FOR GOT TO PUT IT BACK ON MY BOAT THAT DAY. I THIN TNDOE RAN UP RIVER AND GOT ON MY OTHER SCHOOL OF FISH.
