Would there be an interest in renting boat services just like guide services but without the guide?
A fully insured bass boat and driver would be supplied full of fuel for 2 hours , half day(4 hours) 6 hours, or full day( 8 hours) on the water and you decide when and where you want to go on the lake, you bring your own tackle and fishing rods and operate the trolling motor if your planning on fishing, If you just want to explore the lake we can do that too. The driver just drives the boat , everything else is up to you.

Not sure , haven't thought that much into it. Just curious if there was any interest or maybe some guys that just wanted to go fishing and don't have a boat. It don't have to be all business , just leisure time on the water

Better check into liability insurance as well. Its not too bad, but that would be an added fixed cost.

fish-n-rod....I think you might have a winner. Lots of guys who visit here (Fairfield Glade near Crossville) are here to golf, but might take a day to fish. They surely are not going to haul their own boats down for one day of fishing.

A guide is going to charge 400/600 for one full day. You'd have to come in at half of that or less, and it might not be worth it to you. You probably would need a six pack license, and whatever the State charges for a "guide"???? even though you are not technically guiding..... you are taking people out on your boat for fishing.

If you are serious, and can come up with price and times...I'd ask one of the rental agencies here what they think of the idea for their guests.
