Douglas BAIT tourney..10/22/2006

Fishing was tough for most but 16lbs won and 10 got a check. We had 11.95 and finished 7th. We caught our best fish, a 4 lber on a spook fishing a secondary points in Flat Cr. All of the fish we weighed came from Flat Cr. and were caught on jerkbaits, topwater and shadraps.
The fishing should get really fast and furious when the water cools about 5 more degrees.

Congrats on 7th Robbie, that is a good finish for a tough days fishing. I need to get to Douglas one of these days, but it is hard to drive by Watts Bar and then Ft. Loudon to go to Douglas. I have had some good days in Flat creek though.
