Day 2 we had a plan. Set out to our first spot and within 20 minutes Dusty had our first keeper in the livewell. We stayed at it, catching two more keepers in our first area. Lost one great fish that tangled up in the grass and came loose. Moved to second spot and I boated our fourth fish, a spot. Finally ran to our final spot, where I caught three keepers on my first three casts. Was really on them with two problems....I ran out of the bait I was throwing, and a nasty backlash left me trying to get back into the water. Once I did, they seemed to be gone. Ended up with 5 for close to 10 pounds. Caught fish on chatterbait, creature baits, small worm. Topwater bite really lacked for us all weekend.

Great report Patric! Man I hate when I am catching fish an have to retire or backlash. Seams it take me twice as long cause I am trying to hurry.
