Dropshot

We started and ran up river to an area that has been holding several schools of fish. Unfortunately, the larger school appeared to have moved out. Caught three keeper spotted bass and approximately 20 fish before dark on a dropshot, ned rig, topwater, and crankbait, before we moved into the slough and started fishing plastics and spinnerbaits. Caught our biggest fish on a shaky head with a Missile Baits Quiver in 6.5 FOW. Other than that we caught another 10-12 fish, but nothing big enough to help us cull. Not much to show at weigh-in time but did win big spotted bass.
