Saw a film today,9-23-10, over a 3 day period.
Showed UAW guys on their break at liquor store, riding in several vehicles, going to a park, smoking pot, drinking and then returning to work, building a fine auto for the American people.
UAW said they would look into it. Suspended without pay till an investigation.
My bet is: re-hab and their jobs back.
That's our bail out $$$ working overtime, at a Chrysler plant.
What, no urine/hair test??
Why, that's against union rules, once you're hired.
A guy I knew personally, owned a boat company, and he was asked by someone if he was going to give his employees a drug test, his answer was, "hell, I'd have to shut the plant down." It's a non-union boat company, but the bottom line is: bottomdollar.
Boat company has been bought out by a large conglomeration since then.Hope you have an aluminum boat, I do.
Union companies; dues keep the boat afloat. and stimulates the economy, plus keeps Mexican drug lords going, not to mention Budweiser & Seagrams.
