Gary Fomby (Biofisher) and I made it out in the foggy, misty weather today. Thankfully, the wind was virtually calm most of the day and the air temp wasn't too bad either. I had to get him on some better fish that we had last trip. We did all right, but we had to work hard for the 17 keepers that we managed. Several fish that were 12 or better, but nothing pushing 13. We caught fish on docks, stumps, and brush along the main river channel. Bobby Garland plastics were used on 1/24 and 1/16 oz jig heads with Ghastly Minnow, Glacier, Blue Ice, Blue Ghost, Monkey Milk all producing at various rates. Ghastly was probably the best color.

Thanks for going with me today, Gary. Hope you had fun cleaning those fish on your new table. I'm going shellcracker fishing tomorrow with Chris. Whee!

My bucket list for next year is to fish for more panfish and less crappie than this year. Do you realize that I didn't get to striper fish a single time this fall? emoBang My bad. I want to fish for white bass more too. I need some help figuring out these guys. Anyone want to help me, just let me know. emoBigsmile emoGeezer

I'm probably going to limit my crappie tx fishing to the Canine for Crappies and 6 of the CCC tournaments. I have noticed this year that the crappie fishing has become more work and less fun. It is always that way when you fish in tournaments.

My computer is acting strangely today. I will Be Brief. The fishing was better than Monday even though there was never a large group of fish that wanted to bite in any one location. The company was great as always the information was priceless. I am interested to see if anyone did better than we did today. Thanks a bunch the new table will be fine with a few modifications.

White bass is my main target, if I ever get down to Chattanooga I'll let ya know. Also if you are in Knox anytime soon the white bass are as thick as can be right now

talk to me about the gloves dickie?

They are purple nitrile gloves. Helps a lot in windy conditions. Keeps slime off the fingers when unhooking a crappie. Bonus function is that they make great cleaning gloves as well. If you don't mind being stared at while fishing with them. emoBigsmile emoGeezer
