Has anyone had to deal with sending in a broken rod? Just curious about how fun it's going to be to get it replaced. I already had sent in the warranty card. Thanks

It's a piece of cake...just call and send in the part of the rod that shows the size and make.....or take the rod to a local dealer.

Who is a dealer nearest to chattanooga? I'd rather do that than bother with shipping

You must have proof of purchase and it cost $40 if it has been over a year.

All he should need is the butt section with the model number on it.

I have most of the Ghost Rods in stock, all you need is the butt section IF you registered it when you purchased it. Otherwise the proof of purchase and $40 is per Duckett warranty. If you have something other than a Ghost rod give me the number and I will get one ordered tomorrow

I have the duckett micro magic 7' mh..it is registered to my knowledge. I sent the card in with all the information on it so I assume it is.
