<font size="2">I had my pump removed on my efi motor because if it goes down while the engine is operating it will cook the motor before you can shut it down. I premix all of my fuel, because buying in bulk is cheaper, and it takes a lot of guess work out.. I use a gas dock with a 28 gal. capacity and wheel it where I need it. </font></p>

Most older outboards mix at 50:1, I have seen some though that mix at 100:1(Evinrudes).</font></font></p>
<font size="2">Last step, use a good oil, Castrol, Pensoil, Klotz, or Amsoil, this is what lubricates the top of your piston, don't scrimp.</font></p>
