East Tennesse Fishing Show

Did anyone go to The East Tennessee Fishing Show in Knoxville over the weekend?

I did! Three times as crowded than last year. I guess all the Pros and Bill Dance must have brought them in. Got my Tn hat signed and my picture made with legend himself. That was worth the trip.

Not bad, nothing like the chicago sport fishing travel and outdoors show I use to work when I worked at a tackle shop in high school

Yes. Several of the boys and girls that fish for Sale Creek High School went. I took a few up Friday afternoon. They all had a great time.

Went Saturday, the show variety is expanding. My favorite on line jig manufacturer was there, so I stocked up. Made the usual detour to BPS while in the area

This year's show was the best I've ever been to. There's been more and more quality vendors each year since Bunch started organizing it. I heard that the show has outgrown the Jacobs Building and will probably be at a larger venue next year. Hopefully it will draw even more quality tackle vendors if they have more room.

Great show but not a family show anymore. $10 to get in means can't take the kids . Just my 2 cents.

Well if you like jigs it was the place to be I've got entry of jigs so I didn't find much interesting as far as tackle it would be cool to see a few big name tackle companies there, I just remember going to some of the bigger shows and coming home with arm loads of baits because they would cut a real deal on them at the show, I did pick up a nice flippin stick there though so that was good
