Eastern Division TBF Tournament

Doug Mims wins the TBF Eastern Division Tournament on Lake Chickamauga and the Harrison Bassmasters Federated Team wins third place in the team event. Next stop for Doug will be next month in Hendersonville TN for a fish off for state champ against the west winner. Then he will travel to Lake Okeechobee in June for the regional event. Who knows he may end up at FLW Classic. </p>

Thanks Rudy! I had a gas line come off on day one that cost me an hours worth of fishing first thing day one! emoBang emoBang emoBang And the wind got up pretty quick after that making it really tough. But for my first try as a boater 8th. place isn't badI guess out of over 150 anglers. Funny thing isI never even considered making the state team. I was just thinking of our 6 man team & doing the best I could for them. I left a flat where the bite had died when the wind shifted & should have went back. It's all about the choices you make in a big tourney. like that. Thanks again Rudy!emoThumbsup </p>
