I have been down here at my parents who live about 4 miles from the weigh ins. I can tell you that the weather has been less than welcoming! I left the first day weigh ins because of the lightening and 30+ gusts of wind and rain. Some monsters are being caught, and if you ever fished here, it's not surprising. What is interesting is how "tough" some big names are finding the fishing. Water is down about 10 feet and with the front, you are a prince one day and pauper the next. Heading over early today, but I will say that I was suprised how "little" there is to do. Hardly any booths of sponsors, unlike FLW events. Kind of disappointing. Hoping today and tomorrow will be different. I did catch Mark Zona thowing catch with a hardball and joked with him, then he turned around and it was Mark Zona. Nice guy to say the least...
