I have been an EPB customer for a long time now. Their customer service has always been top-notch -- a total 180 degrees opposite the Comcast "off-shore support personnel." emoRolleyes
But we had a little bug on one box/TV the EPB Customer Support folks on the phone couldn't fix, so they sent a technician to the house.
Alvin (CFF's Fixxxer93) walked to the door and immediately said, "You're on the Chattanooga Fishing Forum aren't you." emoWelcome
Fixxxer93 is a GREAT screen name because he took care of my problem in about two minutes. Then he proceeded to reprogram all of my TV Remotes for easier, more efficient operation. That took him at least another two minutes. Then we talked boats and fishing for 15 or 20. emoBigsmile
If you haven't made the switch to EPB yet, just do it. And if a tech ever needs to come to your house, request Fixxxer93. emoWorthy
