What size rod, action and line do you use for the following techniques?
Carolina Rig
Texas rig/shaky head
CRanbait
Dropshot
Spinner Bait
Top Water

I'm no pro and haven't tried it all, but here's a start. Now my rod locker doesn't fit rods over 7'0" and that's why I went with the shorter rods in the first place, but I've grown to really like these rods.

Carolina rig: 7'6" heavy fast (its not a very beefy heavy rod, I would say it's closer to medium heavy than heavy) recently started using 50lb braid to 12lb fluoro and so far so good (I used to use 12-15 fluoro)
Shakey head: 7'0" medium heavy fast (i mostly throw 3/16 oz with a stouter hook than say the spot removers, anything smaller goes on spinning rod) 10lb fluoro
Texas rig: 7'3" medium heavy fast and depending on cover 12-20lb fluoro
Crankbait (small square bills): 7'0" medium moderate on 10-12 fluoro
Crankbait (bigger square bills to about 12-15' divers): 7'0" medium heavy moderate on 10-12 fluoro
Crankbait (deep divers): 7'10" no clue on power and action but it's a deep cranking specific rod. Heavy moderate?
Dropshot: 7'0" medium fast spinning with 20lb braid to 6-8lb fluoro
Spinnerbait: 6'10" medium heavy moderate fast (if making long casts I move to a 7'3" same power and action) 12lb fluoro
Top water (buzz bait): same as spinnerbait but 12-15 mono
Top water (walking): 7'0" medium heavy moderate fast on 12-15 mono
Top water (popper): 7'0" medium fast spinning on 10-12 mono

I like a 7'6" heavy rod for almost everything as long as it has a fast tip. Mono or braid for top water and nothing but fluorocarbon for everything else.

c-rig- 7'9" med hvy, 20lb mono
trig- 7'6" parabolic flipping stick, 20-25lb mono depending on what im flipping it into
earthshakers- 7'6" parabolic flipping stick, 15-20lb flouro
cb-6'6" to 8' glass or composite glass, 10-25lb mono depending what im throwing and what im throwing it into
sb- 6'10" hvy/fast, 20-30lb mono for the close quarters stuff and 7' med hvy/fast, 15-20 mono for fishing it fast
ds-6'10" med, 8lb mono or 15lb braid
topwater:
6'10" med hvy for frog around trees, 50-65lb braid
7'6" hvy for frog on mats,65lb braid
7' parabolics for most other moving topwaters, 20lb mono
6'6" and 7' for walking/poppers/propbaits, 12-20lb mono, 30lb braid
