As many of you know my sister passed away back in September. She lived with our mother in a house we moved into in 1954 near E. Ridge at 61 Vero Beach Ave. just across the Ga. line. On Saturday Dec. 4 and Sunday Dec. 5 Blair's antiques will be having an estate sale. I'm posting this in case any of you are interested in those things. I've never been to one nor had one until now and probably won't be at this one either.
There's lots of things (no sporting goods however) including furniture, lamps, clocks, TV's, appliances, patio furniture, knick knacks, general stuff found in houses, and a huge collection of Precious Moments figurines that my sister collected. They have been appraised and priced to sell so if you or your bride are into collecting those things you might want to check it out.
Directions going south on Hwy 41 or Ringgold Rd. turn between Johnny Fines' Auto Body Shop and Armando's Restaurant onto Springvale Drive and stay on that street until you cross state line road, the house is the 5th on the left.
