Facility Rental for Birthday Party

Wanting to rent a facility for a 60th birthday party in the spring. Here are some basics:

100-200 people
Live band
Alcohol friendly (preferably BYOB)
$500 or less

I've looked into Camp Columbus and Island Cove. What are some other locations?
