Fat Albert's trip to Tims Ford 11/9/2006

[Fat Albert]

There I was..... absolutely a beautiful day. Water temp 60 degrees in most places and water clarity down to about 2 feet... Me and the kinfolks fished the upper end and it had been good with the fish banging the small shad in large schools.... NOT TODAY. C-rig, SB, jig/pig, and handgrenade. I caught a nice SM... 3.3 lbs, beautiful color on P/G (black&blue chunk) then about hour later I got a 2.1 lbs LM on same bait. kinfolks ain't caught nothing...and he is a real good angler. So we moved to Woods Resv. at about 2 o'clock and fished till 5pm. I did not catch anything there he caught 2 small LM, so he did not get skunked. dang it. I did not take the camera and he did not take the net. Gosh, that should have been a winner but we just did not get it done today.... Well, there will be another day and the fish better look out....emoGeezer
