WHAT/WHERE IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO GO FOR A WEEKEND AND CAMP? ( I'M LOOKING FOR PLACES WITH CABINS) AND OF COURSE I WANT TO BE ON THE WATER AND HAVE BOAT RAMP ACCESS.emoCool
 
Its not camping if you stay in a cabin. emoPoke I know there are some of those floating cabins on Watts Bar. You can just tie the boat up right beside your front door. emoThumbsup

Yep, but when your over 50 anything away from home is camping.. emoGeezer
 
Backyard...its closer to the toilet and shower.

80 miles on lake gunnerville .langston alabama. its called mtnstates camp ground. you buy a membership.what a cool place.lots to do for the kids.full hook ups.we spent a week there in motor home.boat dock restaurant big fish.boat launch big fish.club house big fish
 
Edgar Evins State Park on Center Hill Lake is really nice and has cabins. Also Guntersville S.P. has some nice cabins and is fairly close.
