Had a couple of bass die in a club tournament last Sunday so fileted them. Last night I sprayed a microwave safe dish with Pam then placed two filets in it, covered with Picante sauce and nuked for about four minutes. Served with a salad and baked potato, great meal and don't get much easier.

I always soak my filets in saltwater at least over night. Put them in a zip loc bag, add salt and water, seal up and leave in fridge. Have kept them a week like this. Rinse good before cooking.

What - you don't season your microwave with spatter?? Thanks for pointing that out - definitely use a covered dish.
