Good evening CBA'ers. We have made a final decision on whether or not to allow anglers to participate in both Classics which overlap by one day. The 1st day of the CBA would be the final day of the TN Team Trail. While I had good intentions with this (I am not fishing the TN Team trail or was never planning too) we heard what you had to say, and while the decision will effect a few teams it will not effect the majority. We have decided to NOT ALLOW ANGLERS TO FISH BOTH CLASSICS. I hate that it comes down to this but unfortunately there are just to many tournaments on Chick this year and its impossible to dodge everything. Those that were planning to fish both I hate that its come to this, but their was a lot of chatter happening with a lot of people unhappy about people being allowed to fish both. Even though the guys that chose to fish the TN team trail would be at a disadvantage in the CBA we are ruling on behalf of the majority. I say majority because their is only 3-4 teams that were planning to fish both and I have heard from at least 15-20 anglers that aren't happy with what we decided. Again we will NOT ALLOW ANGLERS TO FISH BOTH CLASSICS.

On another note. We will be getting a significant amount of Under Armour fishing clothing ($3,000 worth) in the next couple of weeks and will be selling it at wholesale cost. It will be 1st come 1st serve. The wholesale cost will be 50% off of retail. The $1,500 that is made from the sale of the clothing will go towards the classic payout. A big thanks to Mario Demattio for helping us get Under Armour on board as our official apparel sponsor of the CBA for the 2016 season.

Well we should bring back the off limits period that week of the classic. The only reason we were not having it is so that some of us could fish both. Since we can't fish both it should be brought back. If we can change rules into the season I feel this shouldn't be an issue to change. I feel like this is a case of the squeaky wheel getting the grease.

Wes the TN team trail wasn't the reason we removed the off-limits. Obviously if the off-limits were in place that would have not allowed people to fish both. Also, this isn't a "rule change". We were trying to accomodate people that wanted to fish both events but because of the issue it raised we reversed the decision to allow people to fish both.
