Fire on the vessel!!

I went out this evening for a bit of catfishin off suck creek ramp.I got settled in and started catchin a few cats.I noticed a boat sputterin down river slowly.The motor was smokin pretty good when it would tun over.They turned about a hundred yrds out from my boat and headed back up river....still smokin! I decided to switch spots, so i cruised by and asked if i could help,they said no.I fished for about 2 more hours,and headed to the ramp. When i got up there i saw the boat but nobody was around.My heart droped when i saw the bowe was all buned out and the 90 horse was in the water. First thing i thought of was the two kids, i was searching the rip rap,bank, top of the water, everywhere looking for a orange life jacket.I then saw that he had taken the trolling motor and gas tank.

Its early in the year for something like that to happen. This is just a reminder for all. And thank the lord nobody was hurt out there with just our two boats on the river!!emoAngel emoWorthy

I also saw a boat catching a good bit of smoke when I was out this evening, was there a guy and blonde/brownish hair women on it, just curious if its the same one I saw. Your right it is to early in the year to be having things like that happen. be safe out there
