So I got a go pro hero 3 for Christmas 10 months ago and finally took it out of the box to try it out. I went out yesterday to just try it out and see what the whole process was to making these vids. I had a blast making the video even though I stayed all night playing with it. Definitely will be making more soon. Go Pro Studio is pretty user friendly. I only caught 4 fish and the battery died a littlequicker than I expected so I will definitely be getting more batteries and mounting hardware for different viewpoints. </p>

You will need to get an extra SD card it will fill up a 32gb card in about 4 1/2 hours of video. I run my Go Pro on a usb adapter hooked to boat so no battery issue.

Hey Richard the first song was the Saw Theme song and the second song is 300 main theme song-just like you imagine. I've had a ton of music in mind for some vids.

Thats pretty cool. I really like the point of view. My only suggestion is less of the slow motion, its fine when there is a rod bending the first time, and the fish coming over the side, but I found myself forwarding to the next scene. Overall a great start!

Hey Spur I feel yah! I never meant to have that much. 5 Seconds turns into a lot longer with slow motion. haha I found myself really lacking exciting footage Since I didn't have much time to fish. I'll get these wrinkles figured out and definitely need more "fish catching footage." If I only had some footage of those big bass I caught this summer!

Hey Hindslg I was just wondering if your battery on you boat runs down a lot faster since you are running a hard wire?

Didn't look like a beginner to me. The spray coming off the second fish with sunlight behind it was nice.

Hey Blue it works again. I was out of town and not sure what was going on. It's not to x-rated just a little soft core bass action! I lost a 5-6lber last night just outside of the camera.

No fancy stuff here... it's just a "one shot wonder (literally). Real short slo-mo clip of a muzzleloader hangfire, shot with GoPro using 120 frames per second.
